A New Build Origin Home in the Heart of the Countryside

When purchasing the plot of land, it was clear that the home being built required plenty of windows to ensure that the beautiful surroundings could be enjoyed from every angle. Once their plot was secured, Mr and Mrs Jones started the build. Their new home was completed in April 2018, and boasts wonderful modern architecture mixed with a classic country feel. It was the exact look that the Jones' were after, so were thrilled that they felt like they achieved their dream home.

The couple chose Origin to add the finishing touches throughout their new home. When making the final decisions, they wanted to ensure that their choice of windows and doors were sure to enhance the property and its lovely views, whilst also keeping the family safe. When it came to selecting their doors and windows, security was vital. It was important for the couple to feel that their family would be safe within their home.

Starting with 4 large OW-80 casement windows in the downstairs of the property, a range of smaller fixed frame windows in varying sizes throughout the home followed, and was then finished off with the wonderfully large gable window, all in RAL shade 7015M. Following this, two double panel OB-72 bi-fold sets were installed in the upstairs of the home as well as a stunning five panel set downstairs, allowing the couple to open up their home on those sunny days. Not only are these products all extremely secure, but they could also all be made in the same colour – something that drew more positive attention to Origin in the decision-making process.

The couple commented on how their Origin products have allowed them to truly enjoy the full extent of their home throughout the summer months along with still enjoying the picturesque views throughout winter without having to compromise on thermal efficiency.  

After their install, Mr and Mrs Jones enjoyed showcasing their new home to friends and family. All of whom were impressed with the design, especially the lower windows, as the windows give the opportunity to still enjoy the view from the comfort of your bed - perfect for those lazy weekends.
