This beautiful home, located in the middle of the Devonshire country side, acts as the perfect viewing point for the surrounding landscape. The homeowners were passionate in creating large openings throughout the home, to perfectly frame the views that encapsulate the property. A bit about the project…

After buying this house in late 2016, the homeowners knew they wanted to completely transform the property. With plans to rebuild, they wanted to ensure that the new design would still compliment the idyllic country surroundings. With touches of modern twists combined with gorgeous traditional elements, the couple have created the perfect combination of old and new. The natural stone running across the bottom of their home blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, whilst the white render and cedar cladding act as the perfect accompaniment to the sleek, Origin products used throughout their home. The contrast of the aluminum doors and windows all seen in 7016M, Anthracite grey, compliment the use of natural materials and create a perfectly balanced, modern, country home.
